Powerful single board for a minecraft server

Making a minecraft server for a group of about 8. Looking at single board units for their low power consumption. Raspberry Pi 4 looks really appealing at $35. I'm just worries it won't be powerful enough to run a server.

What's a good solid single board?

If you want your server to run well get something with an i5 or i7.
