Crashes

Since i upgraded my pc i get weird crashes, freezes and weird stuff.. First time it happend the pc just froze, i could not do anything than restart it.. The mouse was not moving, the keyboard was not responding.. Then few days late it happend again, and i noticed when it happens, the mouse turns off, which is strange.. After that the pc just crashes sometime, no matter what i do, if im gaming or if im just on the desktop.. The parts are; gigabyte b450 elite, Ryzen 5 2600, corsair vengeance lpx 16 gb (2x8) and a gtx 1660 msi ventus.. I thought it could be the ram timing, since the ram is not native 3000 mhz, but it happens even with the xmp option off.. Someone could tell me what it can be? Since im clueless

From an old amd 965, asrock 970 extreme3 and 4 gb ram.. But i did a fresh instal of everything, and the powersupply is enough, 600w bronze
