Help Choosing PSU

I'm looking at getting a modular power supply to upgrade from my existing one. At least 500W and either a 0rpm or fanless model would be preferable. I'm looking at a budget of around £80 (which is roughly $80). Any help would be appreciated.

That's kinda cheap for a silent modular power supply tbh. Looks t the Corsair RMx 550W

rather a good fan than semi passive mode, because with semi-passive this happens (750w seasonic focus for reference, look at the rpm/fan noise graph)

I don't mind not having a silent power supply, but modularity and 500w are both must haves for me

M12II Evo is a few classes below every single one of those, even the budget Pure Power 11.

 

EVGA B3 had big problems with protections (exploded or burned in tests), and you should only consider it if Pure Power 11 isn't available.

The Corsair RMx was being sold by an unreputable retailer, the be quiet 450w is below what I need in terms of watts, and I'd never heard of riotoro so wasn't tempted to buy it.

I can't say I have ever used them myself. You have Ebuyer on that list though who are fine. Used them quite a few times over the years.
