Can i delete these?

Just trying to free up some disk space and I noticed multiple different years of the same software. Is it safe to uninstall all up to the most recent?

Those are specific packages for various games and are different for different games because they use different sets of libraries. You'll just have to re-download them again if you open the game up to play it again

No, because the latest might not have stuff that one of the specific older versions has (or might be completely different) which is why when a game or some other component requires a specific version of Visual C++ it'll install that version and no other.

Besides what is been said, those wouldn't free really any space. Get SpaceSniffer or WinDirSat and see what is actually taking the space. Removing maybe 300mb worth of storage doesn't help.

In addition to what's been said, those do not total all that much data.  You'd be better served looking into other ways to free space that could make an impact on the dozens of GB range rather than dozens of MB.

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

https://www.filepuma.com/download/glary_disk_explorer_5.27.1.58-8955/#targetText=Glary Disk Explorer give you,of your hard drive space.

I recommend you download this and search your disk. Usually programs tend to store downloaded program packages and not delete them.
