Hello  everyone I bought a new Gpu Xfx RX 570 8 GB Vram , I have little bit older monitor. Monitor which have a Vga port so i have to buy  HDMI to VGA adapter. So I installed my new Gpu in to my motherboard. Plug my HDMI to VGA adapter, on frist everything works fine. So i played Gta 5 , after gta 5 problem appeared in other games, problem is I play games for like 5 min and my screen goes black for 3 secs then he went back to normal and that happens all the time. My Amd driver version was updated to the latest version , so I downgraded to older amd driver version. On older AMD version drivers was good for like 1 day. After that same problem .When my screen goes black for short time i noticed sound - windows sound like when you disconnect and connecting device in to pc. I opened my Event viewer Windows logs > System and i fond this error message The driver \Driver\amdkmafd failed to load for the device PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_AAF0&SUBSYS_AAF01682&REV_00\4&1da95f35&0&0119.

If anyone can help or give advice, I will be grateful to you.

That’s odd. Disconnecting drivers while still in the os with the sound as well? That’s first time I’ve heard this. Maybe look into the device manger to see if it is registered as a rx 500 series driver/device. Worst case would be that the card is defected, granted that’s worst case. I wouldn’t recommend doing a fresh windows instal unless all else fails. You have plenty of watts to power it since that would’ve been my other suggestion but it’s all good with 550. Hmm, maybe trying downloading ddu and uninstal all drivers existing for graphics cards, if you can, and reinstall from website instead of windows auto instal. You’ll have to force stop on instal for graphics drivers on windows update. And try using a version that’s is 2-3 versions previous since maybe the recent one is defective. I would first uninstall all graphics card drivers and do like I said up above. Also, if you do, disable all overclocking utilities, even in bios since this can be a BIG factor aswell. Or reduce voltage maybe. Try some of these. I hope this helps!

Is it blocking/particles showing? Does this happen only when drivers installed? Has anything improved/worsened?

The thing is I can play games such as Rust, Rainbow, Far Cry New Dawn... For like 1 hour then problem with black screen shows up. But with Resident Evil 7 problem start with next 5 minutes. I don't understand why I can play some games longer then problem happens, but with Resident Evil 7 comes in 5 minutes.  Maybe problem is  HDMI to VGA adapter this is mine adapter : https://imgur.com/gallery/pW5OOto  but I don't use this for sound because I have my own headset.

It *could* be the adapter, only way to know is try another.  However what are you temps during gameplay and right before crashing?  Can you monitor that?
