Is something wrong with my pc ?

Hi there I´m quite new to the community, sorry if I posted on wrong section.

But all of you probaly knows a game called FIVEM (GTA 5 ROLEPLAY).

I found something weird about my pc when i was playing on a server, I get around 30-45 fps average but one of my friends who got almost the same pc specs is getting around 60-70 fps.

Anyone know whats going on ?

My Specs:
Ryzen 5 1600

GTX 1060 6GB

8GB DDR4 2400mhz

120gb ssd

240gb ssd - got fivem and gta 5 installed here

My friends specs:

Ryzen 5 1600x

GTX 1060 6GB

16GB DDR4 2666mhz

240GB SSD

Check ram useage. GtaV mods often use a looot more ram and once you run out the games performance can suffer.

I would advise to first use some monitoring software like Msi afterburner and rtss to monitor cpu/gpu/memory usage and temps, then see what's going on. Like @jaslion said it's probably the memory usage though

They have faster and more RAM. With Ryzen that actually is a thing to note.

But i mean doest hat really makes a big diffirence ? i can imagine like 5-10 fps but more than that seems like something else is wrong :/
