Bitmap color palette

Hey everyone,

 

this may be a stupid question, but i need to find a way to shift mutliple colors of an existing bitmap color palette and I have not yet found a way to do so.

The color palette is below, lets say I need to get the pink colors to be more of a red/wine color. Can someone tell me how to do this without adjusting every single color manually?
