The 2070 is being discontinued anyway. A used 1080 is the way to go. If you have to have ray tracing, then get a 2070 Super. Also a used i7-3770 from eBay would be a good upgrade too.

Both actually bottlenecking your GPU because the CPU is kinda mediocre. iw ould say for the RT go to RTX-Super series instead of normal RTX. and do you really need Ray-tracing? some of the 1080 also have more Vram.
