Problem Somewhere...MB, CPU?

So. A couple days ago my PC crashed. And I got a dram error code 8. I restarted. Got into windows and 30 seconds in it crashed again with the same code.  I restarted several times. Checked my ram sticks in all the dims. I got new ram still had the same issue. Decided to get a new motherboard and the issue still hasn't been resolved. Any ideas on what's going on? Help would be appreciated.

Did you try fresh install of windows?
