help with bsod almost every boot up

Im getting a BSOD almost every time i try to boot up and the times it did manage to boot up and login i get a BSOD a few minutes after even in safemode

the errors varies from paged fault in non paged area, 0x000021a, kmode exception not handled, KERNEL SECURITY CHECK ERROR, thread exception not handled

 

i went out and bought new ram and it didnt fix, i made a bootable windows usb and it still BSOD when i try to boot from that. 

the thing i think might have caused it is i ran avast and it said i have software that needs updating and when i clicked update it froze but i saw in task manager that it was still doing stuff so i left it in the background

i think its some driver issue

 

the computer is some lenovo thinkcentre desktop

Full system specs?  I have this BSOD when OCing ram way past Ryzen thresholds.

Hm.  Even more odd, I dug into mine and it blamed AMD display drivers or RAM deep in the bowels of reddit - which do not seem to be the issue here.

 

As a test, can you downclock the RAM to 2133mhz or something?

theres no option for that

im going to try flashing a newer bios via usb

Maybe try a Linux distro install and see if its actually a hardware issue or a software issue (I know you are trying to reinstall but maybe Windows the problem?)

it seems like it doesnt actually support updating bios from usb even though theres an option for a usb drive flash package download on their website ill try linux
