I cant get my BT audio devices to work properly

When I try to use my Planitroncs Beat back pro 2 headphones or my BT speakers any kind of audio on my computer is distorted and glitchy. I'v downloaded several different audio drivers but none of them seem to work. This is my first build so it's possible a wire is lose or something but IDK. I'm using a MSI b450 Pro Carbon and dragon center isn't detecting any audio drivers that I download. So am I just downloading the drivers wrong or is the sound stuff on my motherboard messed up?

Windows doesn't play nicely with Bluetooth.

I tried everything with my Plantronics fit (same bluetooth tech) and there's no chance. On my mac? Just switch bluetooth, connect on and it works.

Tried the same with my Audio technica wireless and it does connect after 15-20 min of trying, but even then the connection is VERY low quality and unstable.

It's a Windows thing.

Perhaps try buying an external bluetooth interface? Unfortunately that's my only advice.
