Not possible imho. Backup your data, your drive might/will be dead very soon, or take a while to die, that differs. I would recommend replacing that drive, but if you can't, do constant backups, or even better, don't store any important files on that drive.

edit: There are some guides on how to isolate bad sectors, that never worked for me. Others might help you, I'm not a pro in these type of things, it just never worked for me.

Your OS and file format system should be isolating and "discarding" bad sectors automatically.

You could attempt a chkdsk, but your results may be underwhelming.
Formatting may help as well, but again, results may vary, and will cause data loss across the drive so backups will be necessary.

If the drive has reached the point that the bad sectors care causing significant issue, it's time to replace the drive, you're running on borrowed time as it is.

 Bad Sector Count Is Above 528, But After That It Didn't Increased Anymore, Maybe It Was A Surge, Dunno??
