Of all the topics I've seen where someone had a BIOS flash problem, it was resolved. The flashback feature works pretty well.

I don’t really want an expensive board, I was settled on the MSI B450 Tomahawk until I saw that a lot of people had trouble with the BIOS flash working for Ryzen 3000. I’m planning on getting a Ryzen 5 3600 and probably not OCing. Also, I’ve never really messed with the BIOS updates, so I’m not quite sure how to even do the BIOS flash, but I know on some boards you need an old zen CPU so that won’t work. Advice on a good Mobo would be much appreciated.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Just make sure you use a USB stick formatted to work with windows so the BIOS file can be read. The last problems I saw related to people using a MacBook to download the BIOS file and I believe the file format can't be read.
