My PC randomly shuts down and I'm not sure whats the problem.

 

PC SPECS:

CPU: I7 9700K |CPU Cooler: CM Masterliquid Lite 120  | Motherboard: Z390 Pro4 | RAM: 2x8GB  CORSAIR 3000MHz RGB PRO DIMM   | GPU: Nvidia GTX 2070 8GB Zotac Mini | Case: Techware  | PSU: Cooler Master 650W Bronze Power supply | SSD: 120GB Kingston V300 SSD | HDDs: 1x 1TB WD Blue | Monitors: 24"BenQ XL2411  | OS: Win 10 Pro

 

What I can find was that my CPU temp is 100 degrees and not sure if my cooler is working, im also not sure if my power supply is not enough

If your CPU is hitting 100c, then thats why.. you're hitting Thermal Junction and the system is shutting itself down to protect itself from destruction. Replace that crappy 120mm AIO with a decent air cooler.

I suspect an insufficient cooler installation or an insufficient cooler in general.

Your AIO is dead. Get another brand new air cooler or AIO.
