Clock watchdog timeout on 3800x

Just bought all this stuff 3800x, aorus x570, 16gb skill trident 3600, gtx970 (waiting til cards come back in stock). Updated the bios to latest build, installed windows get about 10 minutes into updating windows system locks up or bluescreens. Ive formatted drives and reinstalled windows like 3 times windows update no longer wants to install updates kinda stuck need some help been trying to figure this out for hours. Nothing is over clocked and everything is running stock. Ran a mem diag no issues really confused ive read thru about every related post I could find. HELP.

Had the same issue recently, almost same build.  My problem was windows, although it was a fresh install, it was an older version and updated weren't working. Once I got a fresh install of the latest version all was good.  Good luck
