So I have recently acquired around 300$ and need a full setup any suggestions? 

I already have a hard drive and any laptop recommendations wilm also be appreciated. Thanks

at that budget there's not much else you can get.

here is 320$. you can swap the CPU to 2200g or 3200g. but its not worth it. so better go with 2400G with extra 30$

Here's an idea for something on the mostly new end. The GPU you would have to dig around on ebay or local cash sales. 

 

In this price range, I'd look around at what you can get used too, though.
