I have a Usb 2.0 mouse and keyboard etc when I plug it into a usb3.0/3.1 port it works fine but she i turn the pc off i notice that the power was still on ..the mouse would turn on by its self some times (rgb glowing) and my usb audio interface would leave the power indicator on . I have check and tryed all things (bios os) I'm thinking of getting a usb2.0 pcie card to fix this. My mother board dose not have a usb2.0 port . Is this a normal thing with 3.0/3.1 ports?
