BF3 Locked at 75FPS

Hi guys, IDK why I can't get more than 75fps on BF3. I already check  VSYNC in game, GameTime.MaxVariableFps, Nvidia control panel (bf3.exe set to prefer maximum performance and vsycn off) and i even disable full screen optimization and enable DPI scaling

 

4 months ago everything was alright

 

Specs:

 Ryzen 2700x stock clock speed

 MSI Carbon B450

 16Gb Adata XPG 2666Mhz

 EVGA 1080ti FTW3

 AOC G2460PF 144hz

Check you dont have a framerate target set in any overclocking software.

sorry I meant yes, just BF3 runs below 75FPS, besides bf3 everything runs fine.

Most of the time its at 75 but sometime I get little drops

Yes, but to be safe of I were eu id reinstall the game
