PSU for first build!!

Go to solution Solved by OrionFOTL,

On the outside, CX450M has two PCIE connectors and is semi-modular, so you can detach some unused cables. CX450 has just one connector and isn't modular.

On the inside, CX450M uses a little worse technology which can cause whining if it's paired with top graphics cards like 1080 or 2080. CX450 uses better technology which doesn't cause any whining with anything.

I have heard that 80+ bronze certified psu are a must, so I looked upon Corsair cx450 80+ bronze certified.

Being a first time builder, I was curious if hte psu had all the necessary cables?

This is my build:

Ryzen 2200G

8 (4x2) GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance or T-force delta RGB (Both 3000MHz)

Corsair Carbide Spec-01 case

Msi b450m vdh pro / pro m2 mbd

no graphics card for now, but will go for RX570 / GTX 1660 category

PCIe network card

SO is this psu good enough or there is are other psu which I am not noticing?

(Budget build by the way)

That's wrong - efficiency doesn't relate to quality or performance of a PSU.

Corsair CX450 is very good, you just have to remember it only has one PCIE connector for graphics cards.
