I am having a problem with my dark souls and Sekiro games. I tried to install ultrawide fixes for those games. What happened is that when I try to run those games at any 16:9 resolutions the game is very stretched out and when I try to run at 2560x1080 or 3440x1440 the game crashes (Sekiro) or has black bars (DS2) which is even weirder. I used the wsgf fix for Sekiro and flawless widescreen for Dark Souls 2. I have tried reinstalling the game, deleting the exe and verifying game file integrity. The games still have those problems. Does anyone have a solution?

Can you go look in your settings>system>display to see what your current resolution is ? it might be wrong.
And or, check for updated GPU drivers.

I highly doubt this is issue with specs... Seems like something relating to GPU drivers rather. Or maybe some registry file has been changed which is causing this.

He is going to get black borders since videos are all 16:9.  So utube netflix and other videos will have black borders because you cant find a video that plays at 21:9 or 32:9 for that matter.  So black borders are normal.  This is the qwerks you get when you buy a super wide screen.  Plus your forced to play games at a high resolution which is the native monitor resolution or else you get black borders.  If this still doesn't make sense then he should do a DDU imo.

Still no need for listing specs....

I have posted the specs now. Hope this help. Activision seems to be helping more with my problem than Namco Bandai.

These are the videos documenting my problems with try get get 21:9 support for Sekiro and Dark Souls 2 SOTFS. I used WSGF for Sekiro and Flawless widescreen for Dark souls 2. I have trioed reinstalling both games and verifying the integrity of game files but that does not work./ Activision won't do anything and I have gone past the 2 hour mark for both games. Bandai Namco has also done thing. I just want to play the games at 21:9
