Right now I have a GTX 1070 8GB model and a Pentium G4560 CPU, There is definitely bottle necking, but if i bought the Intel I7-7700 Would i notice an increase in FPS?  (I only have a ASUS H110M-PLUS Board so i cannot go higher than the I7-7700 :(

going from a pentium G4560 to a core i7 7700???? That is like going from a 1985 Honda Civic to a 2010 Porsche 911. You will see a HUGE noticeable difference in games. Right now, your current CPU is bottlenecking your gtx 1070. It is holding it back big time.

the 7700 has a much higher clock speed and twice the cores, in just about every case you'd see increased performance. Of course, I don't advocate you get an i7 for 6th or 7th gen unless you can find one for under $200, the competition from AMD is too stiff.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

For the best price, you are going to have to really shop around. Used is your cheapest bet. I went from an i3 3220 to an i7 3770 a while back and the fps difference was huge. I got mine on craigslist locally for $90 CAD

oh you'd certainly never find one for that good a price new, used only for that low. Their stock is not being produced anymore since they're not current gen so sub $300 for new i7 models is exceedingly rare, and they never go on sale.

yes it would be night and day...the CPU you have right now is trash and when it comes to modern games i'm sure it cause plenty of stuttering and shit...your rendering will be MUCH smoother with a true CPU.

eBay usually has them at a pretty high price unless they're slightly defective, local buying apps like craigslist and letgo are a good bet.

craigslist isn't a delivery based service, you meet the seller and hand them cash.

For $200, I'd suggest a Ryzen bundle to set the groundwork for a real upgrade path.

If you have a MicroCenter nearby, they offer $30-50 off Ryzen CPU + Motherboard combos. I understand something like a 2200G will not punch as high as the i7-7700, but they're not very far off at 1080P and higher:
