ITX case selexion

Well, any input would be great. ITX case options with ~280mm or longer GPU, 150mm or taller CPU cooler& no ODD.

 

I've came across these:

 

Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ITX

NZXT H200

Fractal Design Define Nano

Metallic Gear Neo G mini

 

The Phanteks& Fractal are the two most cost-effective solutions, the Metallic Gear only available from Deutscher Amazon. Any idea what would be the most suitable solution? And for Mobo, is the Arse-Rock B450I Gaming Fatal1ty ITX ac a fine choice?
