asus g75v battery charge fault.

i took my asus g75v apart for cleaning and maintenance a couple months ago and when i put it all back together the battery light flashes at a steady pace. when googled it said that it was a charge fault. the battery could be dead.i am more wondering if its possible i forgot to plug a wire or something. because the thing works still im on it now typing this. so the power is definitely getting to board. just not through the battery because if i unplug the power adapter the computer dies instantly. its also been slower than before i cleaned out the dust (holy expletive the dust how did this thing not light on fire)ehrm sorry it had to be said. if its just pull out the battery so the stupid light doesnt flash cool. if i can take it apart and fix it cool. if none of the above ......eh we tried lol. thanks for the help in advance

probably missed a cable. open it and check again. theres no other way
