Look in  the motherboard's UEFI settings to see how much RAM is allocated for the iGPU if for some reason you still want to use it for other purposes. You can disable the iGPU altogether as well to recoup all of the RAM.

im using the my cpu's graphics to power my second monitor and my main monitor is powered by my 1660 ti @Mira Yurizaki @MrNoli

Use your 1660ti only and you will have all of your RAM

Because 2D desktop (second monitor) wont even use close to 1% of your dGPU's usage.  Having a second and even triple monitor doing 2D tasks wont impact that dGPU at all.

Get rid of that iGPU usage, it will also make temps a little better.

See if you can lower the amount of RAM used by the iGPU. However I recommend leaving it at around at least 256MB.

Go into your BIOS and disable the onboard graphics (iGPU = Integrated GPU).  Plug your second monitor into your dGPU (Dedicated GPU)and right click your desktop and click Screen Resolution and then set which desktop you want as primary and secondary, viola finished.  Your iGPU wont use resources then, nor create heat that isn't necessarily needed.

@MrNoli Well my second monitor has vga not hdmi cuz its old but my question isnt answered still. 2.1 gb for igpu and dgpu and other stuff is that ok or excess?

Better buy a vga to hdmi adapter. And the ammount of ram depends what you wanna do with it. I just wonder there are still mobo around with a vga out .

If you use the 2nd screen mainly for browsing or YouTube, 512 mb should be more than enough

@MrNoli i use it only for discord and spotify only those apps that i use on it

Then u should use the minimum amount and give it a try. But think of the adapter. It will give ya way more performance if you have 16 than 14 gb of ram
