Like good reviewers they can look at a product like MacOS and all that comes with it from the perspective of those who LOVE IT.  Even if they don't.  

Looking around the LMG offices when we see them in videos there aren't a ton of Macs there.  In fact it looks like everyone uses PC and Adobe creative cloud for everything content creation related.  Plus they have said that they do most office work on Gsuite.  So anyone who isn't an editor could get by with a chromebook....probably.  

As for all the hardware laying around there they got from sponsors.  Those are like the steaks in a butcher shop.  Just because the butcher has them... does not mean he can afford to eat them (at least while they are fresh.)     That's (probably) not what their editing workstations are made from. 

I too disagreed with this video, but it is HARDLY the worst thing ever.   Channel superfund might have been.
