I have a Logitech G513 keyboard with GX blue switches. I left it close to my family computer because my laptop is with MSI support. My sister spilled Coca-Cola over the keyboard. The keyboard works, but the LEDs on the left half of the keyboards don't. Any way I can fix this?

Before turning it on there were probably some bridged connections, which could be cleaned. Now you possibly have shorted some LEDs or more..

The only steps you could take is open the keyboard up and clean it up (sugary water is conductive to electricity, that's no good for circuitry) and see how many LEDs are dead and possibly replace them with a soldering iron

Of course you take it apart on your own terms at your own risk.. etc.

Paul's Hardware has a good video on this subject, cleaning keyboards.

A friend of mine spilled coffee over his boards just last week and by not using it immediately afterwards and opening it up and cleaning it up he is now still able to use it.

The keyboard was plugged in when my sister spilled the soda

i take this as a no, you did not tried to clean the keyboard before using it again, the liquid could still be there doing more damage, so clean it and see if at least the damage doesnt extend more

give it a clean and remember to avoid have any form of drinks near a pc to avoid these kind of surprises

with a clean i mean disasemble and remove liquid from components

Thanks. I have opened it up and noticed there is quite a lot of soda. I cleaned the PCB with some alcohol and submerged the keys on water with soap. Just waiting for it to dry.
