Factory reset stuck

Hey, so I’m factory resetting my pc (windows 10, hp omen i7-7700 prebuilt) and it has been stuck at 54% for more than an hour without going up a percent at all.

 

About how much longer should I wait before getting concerned, and also what should I do if this problem persists?
