Which laptop could you recommend to me?

I am mostly a programmer and a mild gamer. I will use Linux, probably KDE Ubuntu. I want to have up to 20 Chrome/Firefox tabs open at the same time, at the same time an IDE, a couple of command lines and possibly my game paused/LoL client in the background. I'm planning to use Solidworks on my computer at some point for robot design. I play mainly LoL, Factorio, Hackmud and Minecraft.I don't want to go too expensive. I am looking for a solution between 1000-1300 dollars mark. I feel ok at 40 FPS in games and 60 FPS would be great. 16 GB RAM should be perfect. I have no good idea about the CPU since I have never reached the limits of my i7-4790 on desktop. I want 1920x1080 resolution, more would be unnecessary. I will never ever use the webcam. It would be nice to have both VGA and HDMI and 4 USB ports(it is so rare but RS232 would be incredibly awesome because I am working with microcontrollers). I would appreciate a gigabit Ethernet too, as when I buy a new computer, I will use this as a server. I have searched for many options but couldn't find the perfect one so I am asking you. What would be your recommendations?

Edit: I don't want to pay a windows licence either.

I am from Turkey and I think I found the perfect one from native company Monster. Really nothing matters for me as long as I can play League at like 90fps because the patches will make the game heavier later.
