Variable fan speed hub

Are there any fan hubs out there that let you manually adjust the speed of all fans attached? I don't want anything complicated like usb or pcie connections, just something simple like a dial or slider that controls the fan voltage.

the speed of the fan hub, the fans is controlled by the fan header

Plenty. You just need to have 5.25" (adapter may be needed) or 3.5" bay in your case. There's one desktop version too, from BitFenix or Alphacool.
