So this is my first build after i connect every thing i can't get it to boot and i keep getting the cpu led on for some reason the led then keep switching to vga led and dram for some time also then they all go off thats where I'm Now but at first i was getting the dram led only and when i checked them they weren't installed properly so i fixed that. The cpu fan works for bit then shutdown and keep doing that. Case fan doesn't work at all.
The GPU seems to work fine the fans are spinning.  I don't know what to do from here i recorded a video that i will upload to Mega client because its size( https://mega.nz/#!GtsRlY6B!mRvXTivBalFy-ZE0ibyZCKujpSlPZSNepXsySDb7_aE ) and here's a photo  and my rig specs.

Looks like you are bootlooping, meaning it's trying to boot up but something is failing along the way, and when it does it resets and tries it again. However in your video it's stuck at the CPU light.

Are you getting anything on your monitor?

A BIOS update might be needed to get this processor to work. I think you can update the BIOS without any components installed, you'll just need another computer to get a stick ready.

Try taking the CPU out and reinstalling it, checking for bent pins while it's out. Also make sure you do a good thermal paste application.

If all else fails you may have an RMA CPU on your hands.

CPU debug LED is lighting up...CPU related error (e.g. could be power, faulty CPU, etc).

Do you have your CPU 8-pin power connector at the top-left connected?

I can't see it in your shaky video...

Next would be to double check to make sure the CPU cooler is mounted properly.

Remove the CPU cooler, and check the CPU itself, seeing if there are any bent pins, is the CPU sitting in the socket properly, etc.
