How have you connected it to your PC (USB? 2 3.5mm cables? Wireless?)

And how are you testing the microphone. E.g. if you're testing in Audacity and recording the sound, have you properly selected the microphone?

Try connecting it to another port (e.g. if you're using front IO, use the back ports) and be sure to use the appropriate ports (pink for microphone, or check the markings and green for headphones or check markings too...).

You can also try another option to test your microphone, e.g. any recording program such as OBS.

Try connecting the headset without the splitter to your phone (I hope you have an Android, I don't know how it works on iPhone) and see if the headphones icon with the microphone icon shows up or not.

You can test it out too, using Google Voice Search (cover up your phone microphone to make sure it's not using that).

Is this one of those headphones with a detachable mic? Try taking it out and reinserting it. Maybe it has a bad connection.

I recently bought a HS 50 and  my pc finds the MIC but it doesn't give any sound also if I set it to 100 I hear buzzing sounds.

1) Check if you accidentally pressed the mic mute button.

2) You might have to go to your Computer’s audio settings and enable your HS50’s (if they aren’t enabled)
