If you click on the speaker icon in the bottom right you can control the volume in increments of one. I find going up and down in increments of two just fine. There might be a setting in windows to change it to increments of one but I couldn't find anything.

Yeah well I wanna use the buttons on my keyboard not drag with my mouse, it's just not efficient.. I wanna be in game etc etc and control the volume.

Thank you anyways.

Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible. Personally I don't find the 2 increment volume that big of a deal.

I wake up really early in the morning and I wanna listen to music, I wanna be able to slightly adjust the volume with ease. So for me it would be amazing if it could only bump 1% per click/scroll on the keyboard. (Listenting with speakers, don't wanna wake anyone, some songs are louder than other songs and I need to adjust now and then)

I don't mean any offense but how is your personal opinion of the matter important here? I need help for myself and I have my own needs. Sorry if that came out as evil, that's really not my intention. :(

Use analog volume control in your amplifier more than windows volume control - according to some sound card producers recommendation, that gives you less distortions, better sound quality and less sound degradation. Even if you will not hear it in fact.

Funny fact - in one game I lost some sounds when I set volume in system at 2% and increased volume in amplifier (for tests).

According to information on internet from someone who seems to know a little more about problem (link) that value (2%) is hardcoded and impossible to change. But apparently you can made workaround by installing 3rd party software for that - https://3rvx.com/
