Since m itx cases main issue is controling the temperature  due to the lack of volume and / intake , exhaust fans . Why is it not a solution to simply open up the side panel n why do we not get the same cooling results of an open benchmark by simply sliding them .

Am obviously new , dont judge me XD

If you're going to be operating your PC with the side panel open... You may as well just run it on a test bench.

There's plenty of mITX cases with good ventilation. Like the Core V1 from Thermaltake, which has a 200mm fan up front.

Here's a decent lists of cases:

Or are you thinking about the Small Form Factor cases for HTPC, with barely any room for a tiny, whiny fan?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700x / GPU: Asus Radeon RX 6750XT OC 12GB RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x16GB DDR4-3200
MOBO: MSI B450m Gaming Plus NVME: Corsair MP510 240GB / Case: TT Core v21 PSU: Seasonic 750W / OS: Bazzite

As amatter of fact i am looking for a small case (10 - 15 litre in volume ) to fit in my backpack-the trident x is 10litre for comparison-  but as i said thermals are the issue  coulsnt find a build on the internet that achieved the tridents thermals with this volume.

opening the side panel can interfere with the airflow through the case and can create pockets of turbulence where air will not move when it's supposed to (dependent on the design of the case and fan positions).

With that said, i run m-itx and have 0 temperature problems. CPU doesn't go over 70, GPU doens't go over 60

Whats your build , case cpu gpu and cooling solutions

What was your build. Cause am wondrring if i  can snuck a 2080 ti i know these cards can run pretty hot

It would be able to cool it fine since the case give the gpu ventilation, however i think it can only fit a dual-slot card. as long as you don't get a triple-slot 2080 ti, it'll be fine

I forget the spec, but the most restrictive part of the case is that cpu coolers have to be relatively low profile

Edit: I was actually using an rvz01, which is a better looking case imo and gives you slightly more height for cpu coolers than the rvz02

ITX cases are a great 'case' for single 120mm AIO coolers, as you can effectively take the CPU heat and just dump it outside the case. That's how I keep my lightly OC'd i7 4950HQ cooled off, I just dump the heat out of the front of my Elite 130. I also have a Core V1 here with a 4590 and a RX580 in it, no real issues there except the RX580 fans are right against the side panel, easy to mod that though.
