Good, cheap GPU to upgrade

Hi all, I just ordered a Case and power supply (450W) for my second rig, and I am now looking to upgrade the GPU in it (a passively cooled GT 1030... yeah.) and I dont want to spend more than 130 canadian ruppees. Anything that would be good?

Otherwise you can probably find something like a GTX 780 or GTX 970 for sub 100 maple dollarydoos locally, but those are much more power hungry cards and if the rest of your system is over 120 watts or so under peak synthetic load then i wouldnt suggest it

with the rig I have Im pretty sure I can run a 1080 on that psu lol I got an i5 2400

I would probably say a 1070 maybe a Ti, but if you can find a 1080 for 130 loonies, let me know, I'll take them all.

Oh did i forget to mention I'm in Quebec, so add 50-80 bucks to the price, so you know, a 960 for 160$

Try looking on the Facebook marketplace. There's usually some really good deals there, you can also talk them down a bit too.

No problem. I have found some of the best deals ever on graphics card there. There are a lot of people out there who don't really know much about what they have, so they sell it for relatively cheap.

 

Not to mention FB marketplace is all local. So you do not need to pay for any type of shipping either.
