I'm a new first time builder and am looking if there was anything better I could get for my budget (about $USD1650, includes monitors and peripherals.)

 

The reason I'm getting a 4K display is because i also have a PS4 Pro that I'm looking to use on the monitor.

No GPU? You need at least a RTX 2070 to play in 4k.

Ah.. a RX580, you don't have a 1440p monitor so the image will be downscaled on the 4k monitor.
