Consider the H700 rather than the pricer H700i. https://www.gamersnexus.net/hwreviews/3108-nzxt-h700i-case-review-better-if-it-were-dumber suggests the smart device is not worth the premium.

The design on the motherboard chipset heatsink is a graphic, i.e. it is not part of the motherboard RGB lighting. You will also have to verify that the motherboard has a Zen 2 compatible BIOS. You might consider instead https://au.pcpartpicker.com/product/t797YJ/msi-b450-gaming-pro-carbon-ac-atx-am4-motherboard-b450-gaming-pro-carbon-ac or https://au.pcpartpicker.com/product/Hy97YJ/msi-b450-tomahawk-atx-am4-motherboard-b450-tomahawk. Both are able to update the BIOS without a cpu installed.

A 550W psu would do a good job.

If you wanted to save a bit more you could opt to use the stock RGB cpu cooler. It will do a decent job at stock settings. One can always upgrade the cpu cooler at a later time.

Done some changes, motherboard RGB is not important to me

While the cpu may be compatible it is only so after a certain level of BIOS. See the "Validated since BIOS" column of the link. Before purchase it would be prudent to check that the actual motherboard being purchased has that BIOS version or later. Otherwise one might be faced with a delay to obtain an older cpu to flash the BIOS.

How do you check the BIOS version without physically buying the board?

It is generally printed on the label affixed to the motherboard box that includes part number, and serial number. If it isn't, check for a manufacturing date, often on the part label. Consult the BIOS release dates. Anything manufactured after the release date will most likely include the new BIOS.
