App is but isn't installed?

I have a Samsung Galaxy j3 aura US Cellular, and I need to enable wifi calling. I try to search in settings I get nothing but the label for an app called wifi calling. I looked in my app drawer, nothing. In search I only get the settings option for force stopping it. Settings says its installed but it isn't. Help. All feedback accepted! Thank you in advance!

Does US Cellular support WiFi calling on the Galaxy J3?

There are different implementations of WiFi calling, not all of them compatible with every device.

Perhaps US Cellular relies on a 3rd party app on the Play Store?
