eBay Cheap Fan Controller

I have a H61 motherboard with only one fan header, and I need to plug in 4 fans. Anyone here have experience with one of these?

As it has PWM input to control the fans. Otherwise the little ones with the high/low switch are fine.

3pins will be full speed all the time. So rather get 3-way splitters instead. You have atleast 2 fan headers for sure, one for CPU and one for system.
