do i buy a vr headset now or wait till early 2020

I was thinking maybe oculus has something ready for early q1 2020, or at least something like the valve knuckles controllers, valve index is way beyond my budget as person without a job because well no saturday jobs round here and even then i wouldnt be able to afford it probably, however i can afford a oculus rift s but i really want those valve index controllers but i know they wont work so should i wait and see what the vive cosmos does or a new oculus headset in 2020 maybe or do i just buy a oculus rift s?

 

my price range is 399 pound- 499pound

 

The reason i ask this is because i have a feeling lots of games will use the valve index controllers purely because of the squeeze and touch stuff

First:   Invest in punctuation.  Might I suggest some periods, as they make sentences.  

 

Second:  Oculus will not have anything new in that price range anytime soon, the Rift S just came out.  I'd buy that.  I've not used the Knuckles, but the Touch controllers are freaking awesome.
