Howdy there, I just wanted to come around here and ask all you smart people as to what my next upgrade should end up being to kinda flush my PC out and make everything come together the best it can.

Specs

Processor
AMD Ryzen 7 1800X Eight-Core Processor at 4.0

Video Card
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080

RAM
16 GB at 2400MHz

Motherboard
B-450 F ROG

I do know that Ryzen's architecture does favor faster clock speed ram and that is kinda my next thing I'd like to get on since its cheap and no hassle. But more why I posted this is to just get some more educated opinion on what my most lacking component is and how I should bring it all to the same quality without there being any bottlenecks

EDIT: OH sorry my fault, I have a 500gb SSD for my OS and more priority things and a 1tb mechanical for mass and a 800w psu

Depends on what resolution you are playing at, but presuming it's 1080p or 1440p, I'd just change the ram to higher speed and stick with what you've got for at least another generation (2-3 years). Other than the ram it's a very balanced build right now and doesn't need changing.

I agree with the memory somewhat, but I'm also curious what your storage and power supply situation is like. If you don't have an SSD installed, that's the FIRST thing I'd recommend.

EDIT: Welcome to the forum!! Didn't realize this was your first post until just now. :D

Fine you want the PSU tier list? Have the PSU tier list: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1116640-psu-tier-list-40-rev-103/
