having trouble finding them listed, what would they be labeled as?

Are you talking about the 4 temp sensors that you need to plug into the commander pro? I would assume that they would be listed under the commander pro in iCUE.

 

If you still cannot find it after you have plugged them in. Try setting a custom fan curve on one of your case fans. If the setting is on custom curve, you will have the option to have the curve adjust itself according to a certain temperature sensor (normally it is preset to your AIO water temp or CPU package temp). Click the drop down for the sensor, and see if you can find the sensor that you plugged into the commander pro.
