Long story short, I had issues with my pc, i reset it, and everything was blazing fast. I shut it down and come on the next day. Right clicking on the desktop takes like 5 seconds and typing is lagging. I don't know how this happened. the only things i installed was google chrome, minecraft and steam

your ram is not 3200, is 800mhz

is 1600 but is ddr, so you split it in half and under cpu z you should see 800mhz

have you checked ssd and hard disk integrity, run cristaldiskinfo and in the hard disk check it if it has errors

I found the problem, After doing a perofrmance test, it showed that my RAM, GPU, CPU, and HDD/SSD aren't having enough power. So i figured that be the case because i don't have a working battery. so i moved to a different outlet. boom super fast but same test results. So basically my motherboard isn't getting as much power as it should. Thanks for asking to do a test!

the only possible cause of that is electrical problems, contact a electrician, all outlets should provide same voltage and let any device work as epxpected
