Windows 10 Boot Drive Not Working

Hey guys,

 

I wanted to be able to dual boot Ubuntu and Windows onto a Deskmini with a 3200G to use as a server and some other stuff. The ubuntu installation went pretty smoothly, but when I tried to install Windows through a USB drive, the installation froze midway when I tried to set WIFI settings. Since nothing would budge for around an hour, I rebooted my system. Now, I can't get into Windows 10 nor use the boot drive as both give me a blank screen. Is there something wrong with my computer or windows? I have tried reflashing the iso onto my flash drive and trying to reinstall Windows to no avail.
