Where to start?

I would recommend signing up for Codecademy.com and sign up for a Codecademy Pro subscription. I know it might cost a bit of money, but it’s worth it in the long run. The first programming language I would recommend learning is Python.

im pretty dumb when it comes to programming and want to learn. where should i start?

Watch one of the hundreds of tutorial series on youtube on "how to make <x> in python" and go from there.

Take the CS50 course (its free, on YouTube), hands down the best introduction to CS and programming I've had :)

 

From there I suggest learning C
