Pc won't boot up, please help

So I've had this pc for about 1 year now and the problem is couple days ago my computer froze and I decided to flick the power switch on the back of power supply and when I decided to power it on it didn't work. Times before whenever I would turn of the power supply it wouldn't turn on as well but if I waited for about 12-24h computer would turn on, but sadly this is not the case this time. I waited for 2 days nothing happened . I thought that my power supply might be dead but I checked with paper clip and it seemed to be working alright. I still think it might be my power supply that is bad but I also think it could be the motherboard.If you have any suggestions of what could be wrong please let me know.

I know my power supply is overkill for the system I use but I was planning to upgrade my pc later on.

PSU: Aerocool KCAS 700W

SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 250 GB

          Western Digital 1TB

OS: Windows 10 64 bit

try clearing the CMOS

Tried it but there are still no signs of life.
