No. It's a 10+ year old used power supply. Buy something new.

I also don't understand why your first post is just a bunch of images of various graphics cards and other parts.

It's a old design, that I believe is group regulated, and fails to meet Haswell sleep standards.

Also, a PSU isn't just a box of capacitors.

No it performed 10-15 fps more than rx 580

What does "10-15 fps more" even mean? Do you mean 10-15 fps more in all games? So if 580 achieves only 20 fps in some 4K game, then fury achieves 30-35?

Or do you have a single, specific, particular game in mind? With no regard to how it performs on a wider selection of games?

And if you mean a single game, then how much fps do both cards achieve? Does 580 achieve 25 fps while Fury 35-40, which is a huge difference? Or does 580 achieve 100 fps while Fury does 110-115 fps, which isn't big?

To find out the difference between RX580 and R9 Fury in 21 games, start here: https://www.techpowerup.com/review/msi-rx-580-mech-2/7.html

And go to next pages to see other games.

Can a ryzen 5 stock cooler sustain 6 hours of low to medium usage and 2 hours of gaming, no oc

How long you load it is irrelevant. Processors under load achieve their "under-load temperature" in just a few minutes. If the cooler can't keep the processor from overheating under load, then it will overheat right from the start - it's not like the temperature climbs slowly over the course of many hours.

The stock Ryzen cooler keeps them at very safe temperatures, so you can load them indefinitely with it.

Ok understood, it was at good deal will not go with it

FYI:  If a PSU is "new old stock", you should most certainly avoid it.

If it's been sitting on a shelf for god knows how long, in goodness know what kind of climate control or lack thereof, the condition of those capacitors, Japanese or not, are highly questionable.

Is it OK to buy 144hz monitor when your fps are pushing to 110-115 fps only are there still benefits?

Well obviously a 144Hz monitor will be able to display those 110-115 frames per second, compared to a 60Hz monitor which can only display 60 frames per second.
