The 1660ti is quite the jump from the 680, for a lot less power draw. What price are you finding it for?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Try this instead

A good chunk of change cheaper, while still being a huge upgrade. The strix model is a high end card, and the high end cards often have worse value.

Here's a 2060, I'd recommend this one instead

https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/mCx2FT/evga-geforce-rtx-2060-6-gb-xc-black-gaming-video-card-06g-p4-2061-kr

Or this one

The competition from AMD would be the RX 5700, but all blower models until end of August.

Don't waste money on the expensive Strix model. You'll get 1-2% better performance at most. It's not worth it. Save yourself the money and get a cheaper model.

i got 500$ for the best that i can get. whatever i dont spend on a gpu becomes useless money

There is not such thing as "useless money" - buy a game, buy an SSD, buy more RAM - whatever - use the money wisely and efficiently - don't waste it an an overpriced card that won't perform better than the much cheaper version.

Or, if you want to spend it all on a GPU - get a Radeon 5700 when the board partner cards come out in a week. It performs much better.
