usb type c to dvi

i am having ASUS VG236H monitor which supports (1920x1080 @ 60 hz via HDMI) and (1920x1080 @ 120 hz 3D via DVI-D dual-link only). I have MSI GE63 RAIDER which has 1 x HDMI, 1 x Mini Displayport and 1 x USB 3.1 type-c.

 

HDMI to DVI-D Dual link is not possible without an active adapter which is pretty much expensive.

Mini DisplayPort to DVI-D dual link ( I think it is not possible as DP++ only converts signal within and DP needs an active adapter) : I searched and i could not find any mini DP to DVI-D (Dual Link) cables or adapters.

Is USB type-c in my laptop capable of converting the signal into DVI-D (Dual Link) without an active adapter?

 

is there a single cable i could buy to overcome my needs?

No, I don't think it's not possible.

For dual link, you'll need an active converter that supports Dual Link - even then... it's debatable if that active converter will actually understand what you're trying to do, 120hz 3D. It may do 2560x1600 or 1440 or 4K 60hz but not sure about 3D modes.
