Can´t update BIOS

Hello, i have a problem with BIOS. I updated BIOS about 2 weeks ago (for the new Ryzen CPU´s compatibility) and this week i got a lot of screen crashes and blue deaths, so i decided to update the BIOS again, but it didn´t found any file on my flashdisk.

Is the file zipped? If so you prob need to unzip it first.

I´ve updated the BIOS now and the problem was that beta BIOS can only update with the files, but not with the file folder. Nice
