Aesthetic LED or debug LED?

Because no... Most motherboards nowadays have some debug LEDS (to see where your system fail if it doesn't POSTs), but not all have the LEDs for looks to save that money to spend on something more useful (especially on a budget board).

 

Just check if the motherboard you chose has whichever sort of LEDs you want.

If you mean physically on the motherboard then no, although I think a lot do these days for troubleshooting.
